Love the paid version

App for Apple Watch does not work for me. Very disappointing

Every time I go to use this app on the golf course it never works. only worked once with my Apple Watch since then has not worked I had to get a laser rangefinder. Not worth $$$$

Lately I have had this app killing the battery on my 6s almost to the point where I cant get a full 18 in after a full charge. Everything else works great but that to me is major flaw.

Good product. Light on phone battery if you keep putting it off after each input or distance check. Distances r to center of green while my scope is specific to the pen. Who cares. It keeps up w/ many details other than score.

I love the app. It works great but recently it has started using up to triple the amount of battery power for background location and the only option is on or off there is not a while using option. Please fix this.

Updated features are nice. I like the ability to update my handicap scores from within the app. Apple Watch app is easy to use.

Ive used Golfshot since 2010. Played a lot of rounds with it, battery died today on 12. You forget how helpful it is to get accurate yardage. The old app had a power save button that helped a lot and would like to see that brought back because it eats a lot of juice. Overall, Im a big fan. Never had yardage issues, its simple to input scores, its great seeing FW/GIR/Putt stats. There is more if youre into that but I havent explored it much because its not important to me. Its a solid purchase that should help anyone enjoy the game more (by using less effort than writing a score on a card).

Great app for all levels.

This is a great app. Love the graphics,yardage and club suggestions. I like the power saver feature it has saved my battery life tremendously. Only one minor flaw and that is it will not post my score to my SCGA Handicap index. This works better than those expensive range finders that give inaccurate Yardage. I would highly recommend this App to my friends and family.

The golf portion of the app is designed well. The problem is that they have cluttered up the app with their greed. Too many ads and requests to subscribe to add ons. Even when you are already subscribed to their yearly plan, they want you to pay for in app lessons and tips. Or to go to their store to buy something. So frustrating. I just want a clean app to track my golf shots and give me reports of my performance. Thats it. Not to mention they have no lifetime subscription option like other apps do. I can spend $40 in other apps and be done forever. But this app wants me to pay $30 every single year forever? No thanks. I could buy a whole new set of golf clubs with the money Id save over the years with other apps.

I really enjoy using the app on my rounds. Having it on the Apple Watch makes it even better!

I use the app and only track myself. I used to just add my score and it was simple. But for awhile now there are added steps including needing to tap my name. Tap, tap, tap :(

Works ok on phone but I cant get it usable on watch - Ap doesnt stay up , so I have to mess with watch & go find it. It doesnt auto go to next hole, so I have to mess with watch - first find Ap again because it went away - then go through a two or three step process to find correct hole... i.e. - I am always messing with watch!! Not golfing. Bought a golf watch- wear it- turn on first hole boom! It works! I look at watch see distances hole after hole after hole - it never disappears or on wrong hole!

I needed an app for my Apple Watch so that it could do all the things a golf Gps watch could do. I bought the pro subscription at their discount price. Golfshot is good when it syncs properly. I can play a full 18 holes and it will never tell me the distance on my watch. Sometimes it works as described. If I need to start from the 10th hole or any other hole besides one, the app resets at 18th, and you have to start a new scorecard at 1.

Use this app every round. Yardage is as good S partners expensive range finder. It is very easy to use and move through various functions. Have tried others and none better.

7 days trial? It should be 7 rounds. I just signed up and wont be able to play the next 7 days due to a business trip so I wont be able to tell if the subscription is worth the money. I guess Ill stay with Swing by Swing golf gps app. Get it together developers!
