Used to be great!!

Something happened and now the App is perpetually stuck in sync mode. I have done multiple restarts and hard restarts nothing seems to work. Unfortunate because I paid for the PRO version and when working I absolutely love this app. Hopefully we can get it fixed because normally it is a 10 plus type app.
